CANCELLATION ON WEBSITE BY CUSTOMER
Customers can cancel an order by calling our customer service at any time before it is sent. Once your order has been shipped from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website, we may cancel such orders at our sole discretion with or without notifying the consumer. We shall keep a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and limit access to them or reject any orders they place.
RETURNS
Our company does not accept returns or exchanges because we deal with personal care products. Exchanges are only permitted if the delivered item is defective. Within 48 hours of the product’s delivery, please call 9289487716 or send an email to kerashinesmooth@gmail.com
to address any concerns regarding damaged products. Every one of these orders will be handled separately and on an individual basis. For a prompt resolution of damaged products, please do not return your item to the manufacturer and make sure to include the receipt number.
RETURNS
Refunds for canceled orders will be in your bank account in 7–10 days. Please be aware that some banks require more time than this for the money to appear in your account. If you are returning a damaged item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it when it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. Within a certain 7–10 days of your approval, your refund will be completed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet. Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently some processing time.
